Summary
Designed, obtained C-level approval, Program Managed across organizational boundaries, trained Operations support personnel, & provided Tier 3/4 support for a nationwide signaling network supporting over 2 billion MOU per month of voice traffic for a major IXC and their huge ILEC customer; developed MOPs for Site installation techs, filled out Purchase Orders for equipment at multiple geographic locations, managed multiple equipment and service vendors, while exceeding projected time frames, including the Project deadline and keeping costs within 10% of the initial financial projections.
Expectations
Must work in Tulsa, OK (within 20 miles) ... Office, Hybrid, or Fully Remote, prefer to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM), no weekends, no "on call", rare (less than one per month) "midnight" procedures, at least 10 PTO days per year & all paid company holidays.
