Shadowed workshop personnel repairing iPhones, and laptops to become familiar with
iOS using 3uTools and performed assigned repairs.
Shadowed help desk to learn appropriate skills with taking tickets for repairs and
performing tasks assigned.
Shadowed personnel to learn appropriate methods for solving customer issues and
troubleshooting technical problems and successfully resolved issues
