-Managing and optimizing Single sign-on using Okta, integrating home grown and vendor applications, establishing SSO with customers.
- Managing and maintaining the Google workplace environment including video conferencing using Google meet devices, Atlassian suite for documentation, task management, service desk for internal support, customer notification for outages using Statuspage.
- Managing and supporting the orgaization Sophos MDR for endpoint protections, JAMF and SOTI for endpoint management.
- Working and supporting the organization for ISO 27001 audit and compliance requirement with the CISO.
- Vendor management and vendor negotiations for all India based requirements i.e. hardware procurement and license management
- Inventory and lifecycle management for all India devices i.e. laptops both Apple and Lenovo, Google meet hardware devices and conferencing equipment
- Managing global IT support operations spanning 3 different continents mainly Americas (USA) , Asia (India and UAE) and Australia, New Zealand
-MS Office 365 admin.
-Managing and supporting collaboration tools such has Atlassian suite, Slack.
