Summary
Started in the U.S. Navy as an IT in 2016. I went to a seven month long training program to learn about information systems and how to troubleshoot and operate them. My primary role was the frontline of customer service, assisting users with accessing vital information and troubleshooting a variety of technical issues. I have experience handling, safe guarding, and managing sensitive information. I have experience using Active Directory, Microsoft Administration tools. I'm a quick learner and have experience learning and using a variety of creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, ZBrush, Maya, Unity, and Unreal Engine.
