Intern or entry-level

I am a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with a BSc in Demography and Social Statistics looking to transition to a career in Software Development. I have learnt HTML, CSS and JavaScript as my front end tools and also worked with APIs to have an idea about how the web works. I have worked as a Fulltime Remote Community Manager as the Programme Administrator of Little Drop Education e-Bootcamp, an online-based not-for-profit coding Bootcamp.
As the Programme Administrator of the Bootcamp, I coordinate all the processes involved in the rollout of admission forms, collecting and collating applicants' details, admitting and onboarding new students in the Bootcamp. Also, I engage in regular report and newsletter writing both graphically and in words using software tools like Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Form, and Google Sheet.
I write regular blog posts on Bootcamp's WordPress site, where I publish technology-related inspirational articles; here is a sample of what I have done in this regard. Likewise, I recently worked with a team of volunteers to organise a series of webinars at the Bootcamp. Also, I manage Bootcamp's social media handles on Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp. Likewise, I use productivity tools like Google Workspace and MS Office suite in my day-to-day role as Bootcamp's Programme Administrator. I am confident that the skills and experience that I have accrued in my position at the Bootcamp will assist me in contributing to the growth of an industry I work with.
I can actively make positive contributions to an industry seeking individuals with high coordinating activity and good communication skills. This experience is what I've gathered in my role as a programme admin at Little Drop Edu e-Bootcamp. I believe getting a front-end or entry-level intern position is an exciting opportunity to utilise my skills and learn more about a growing industry. In a bid to upgrade my interpersonal relationship and professional skills, I completed courses on remote working, soft skills training, and practical communication skills on the following e-learning platforms: Future Learn, Jobberman and Skillshare, respectively.

I believe that getting a role in a forward-thinking firm will assist me in building my skill sets, get me more exposed to real-life problems that require solutions from an expert and also, I hope to gain more experience from seasoned personnel and experts in software development.
