Instructional Designer/Enablement Learning Experience Designer

Summary

I am an Instructional Designer with about three years of Instructional Design and Enablement experience. I've spent over four years working at HubSpot, and for the last few years I've created gamified, interactive learning experiences (eLearnings, videos, workshops, job aids, etc) intended to enable Customer Success and Sales Reps to upskill in their roles and provide world-class customer service experiences to HubSpot's customers. I am Instructional Design certified from the Association for Talent Development, and have a deep knowledge of the HubSpot product (as well as official HubSpot software certifications).

Expectations

My expectations for a new role are to ideally work full-time remotely from home, in the tech industry. I'd like to explore Instructional Designer roles and also other Enablement or Learning & Development-focused roles. I care very greatly about fostering DI&B and a positive work culture as well.
