Summary

With 3 + years of experience, I have been responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for different audiences. My skills in training needs analysis, instructional design, and program evaluation have enabled me to create engaging and effective training programs that drive business results. I have developed and managed LXPs that allow and enhance microlearning in the flow of work in different thematic such as Health and wellness, Soft skills, Office and Organizational skills, and Business skills among others. I have also worked closely with experts to ensure that training content is accurate and up-to-date and live in the LMS. Additionally, I have been responsible for measuring the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and other evaluation methods.
In addition to my training experience, I am deeply committed to professional development and education. I am always seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills.
