I have a passion for NPD with proven product development and innovation expertise in the domestic and international FMCG/FMCH environment from my career in the UK food industry with Britvic (Tango, Fruit Shoot, Robinsons), Taste Trends, GlaxoSmithKline (Ribena, Lucozade), Raynor Foods and Diageo, working for both blue chip companies, boutique operations and a startup spun out from Cambridge university.
Expectations
Never being afraid of a challenging brief, I have enjoyed working with a broad set of customers to develop and refine products, solving packaging and production challenges, thinking creatively and embracing new ideas and novel technologies.
I have maintained my attendance at innovation conferences and trade exhibitions to maintain an awareness of current and emerging trends.
