Expectations

My goals are that to obtain a position and in next couple of years, I see myself to become a true expert and master at role. I plan to really immerse myself in the position to understand the areas to be improved on to exceed the customer expectations and to make the department as efficient as possible. Also, I wanted to be a mentor to share my knowledge and experience I gained with everyone.
