Implementation Consultant/Customer Success Manager

Summary

I am performance-minded and have over ten years of relevant work experience. My focus in education has been in business (marketing) while most of my career experience and growth thus far has been very people centered; account management, customer success, customer onboarding & implementation, customer support, and people operations. I am a very hardworking, tenacious, and competitive individual who can learn quickly and adjust to any work environment. I enjoy working with a variety of people and I am effective either individually or on a team. In my time at Lifion by ADP, Dun & Bradstreet, Hewlett-Packard, and other organizations I have proven that I can constantly meet and surpass goals and tasks set before me.
The majority of my experience has been with software, technology, data, and service solutions in account management and customer success type roles. During my career I have worked at companies ranging in size from 10 employee startups to 300,000 employee corporations. I have supported consumers, business clients, and channel partners; ranging in size from individuals to enterprise accounts. I tend to have a people-centered, consultative approach. I find that this works well for building rapport with people as well as fostering a sense of being acknowledged and being supported. All of which are great for retention and growth.

Expectations

I want to work for a company that cares about more than just profits and shareholders. A company that gives back to the world and doesn't see their employees as just "resources" or "assets". Looking for a people focused role (whether they be external or internal). Roles similar to customer success, customer onboarding, customer experience, implementation, project management, or product management. Preferably at a medium to enterprise sized tech company (but I am open to startups). Looking for a position that offers competitive pay and benefits (truly, not just something many companies throw into their job ads).
