Summary

While I call myself a Business Analyst, my goal is to be the person who improves processes and systems whether they are technical or not. As a result of my experience in multiple technologies, I have developed a philosophy that there is a solution to every problem. There is a vast need to not only simplify and improve processes, but also to add value to the user experience. Too frequently systems are put in place which work well from a development perspective, but from a user and business perspective, they just don't deliver the value they should. My goal is to not be a run-of-the-mill Business Analyst. Instead, I strive to be the sort of person who gets people to think about what provides the greatest value to stakeholders.

Expectations

I am looking for a position with a progressive-minded company which offers a collaborative and open work environment. I prefer a company who knows how to leverage current technology to improve processes and streamline operations. Also, a company who doesn't balk at changes and who accepts new ideas. I have found in my experience the more open the culture is to change, the better the company performs.
