I have 2 years experience working with implementing Chat and Email bot solutions, 1 year working as a Customer Success Manager for a Canadian Fin tech company and 1 year working implementing a Gen AI Transcription, Summarization and Automation tool.
I am currently on the hunt for a new role due to job loss.

Expectations

I'm looking for a challenging role where I can work independently but where there will also always be an avenue to get help whenever it's required. I enjoy working with technology and solving problems.
