My professional history includes positions such as Technical Manager at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd as well as Platform Operation SME at Client Commonwealth Bank Australia. Most recently, in my role as Senior Technical Business Analyst at Client Commonwealth Bank of Australia, I was charged with migrating Genesys Contact Centre on-premises solutions into Genesys Engage on AWS cloud. I have experience across the entire spectrum of Contact Centre platforms. I possess a very sound understanding of API integration and numerous upstream and downstream platforms including Verint recorders, WFM, and Oracle Session border controllers. Also, very good hands-on experience in On-premises and Cloud infrastructure required for contact center solutions such as LAN, WAN, firewall, servers, OS, Database, and VMware environments. I completed Contact Center and unified communication deployment and support projects. My team also relied on my ability and knowledge of the Existing Contact Center platform and product features and bank internal processes, and I was well-known for my abilities in Technical Solutions and Problem-solving.
