I have over 15 years in management (restaurant management and state government management). I have an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management. I've been a successful mid & senior level manager, with an equal amount of time spent managing operations and managing the HR functions of a business/government agency. I am well versed in translating the needs of HR into actionable items for operational team members to execute.

I expect a challenging job that also allows for a work-life balance. I operate well in both structured environments as well as changing and uncertain situations. Clearly articulated expectations as well as the flexibility to lead and manage a team to meet those expectations will allow me to meet and exceed those expectations.
