Human Resources Generalist

Summary

Through my career as Human Resources (started as admin assistant, worked my way up to section head), i learned about all operational aspects of the HR field, recruitment, selection, administrative, payroll, leave and time attendance management, rules and regulations and disciplinary actions, files management, reporting and presentation, making decisions and sharing ideas and decision making procedures with higher management, HR Business Partner, performance appraisal and management, start-up for section and establishing basic guidelines. setting procedures with high standards, participating in internal and external audits. my current position has reached a stalemate, nothing new to learn from it or to implement and grow with. I'm looking for new challenge, new experience and something to keep me on the edge wanting to learn more.

Expectations

a new challenge in which i can grow better and more knowledge and experience in the field of Human Resources. specially in managerial level. I'm looking to be more specialized in management of Human Resources functions, and taking the background knowledge of long years of experience and create new ways to implement this knowledge on decision-making level. I'm looking for a challenge that would allow me to affect the organization positively and participate noticeably in the growth and prosperity of the organization.
