Human Resources Generalist
Summary
I am a recent Spring 2022 graduate of Vanderbilt University, where I received a B.A. in Psychology, and a B.A. in Medicine, Health, and Society. Simultaneously with my studies, I worked as a Residential Advisor with the VU first year community, as well as a Research Assistant in the Peabody School of Developmental Psychology. I recently worked abroad as a Program Coordinator for an international university, and I currently work as a Service Manager for an insurance agency. I would identify my top three strengths as being strategic, detail oriented, an empathetic mediator, and I am looking to expand my skillset in an HR-related role!
Expectations
I am looking for a position where I will be able to both expand and apply my educational background and my professional skillsets, while simultaneously learning and growing within a new field. I am seeking a work environment in which I can contribute to a team, and also take leadership of specialized projects. I value diversity, inclusion, integrity, and receiving feedback!
