Summary

1) Workday SME - advised the Tier 1 team on troubleshooting transactions during the migration of a new tenant for global workforce.

2) UAT and scripting project for implementing new AI chatbot. Will help Tier 1 team with deflecting tickets to reduce case volume and give way to more project time.

3) On average, closes 300+ employee cases a month with a TTR of 1.5 days or less.
