I have managed the entire recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and employment verifications. I have been responsible for scheduling meetings, and HR and recruitment efforts, and perform orientations and tours for new employees. Well versed in the Canadian Labour Code, and fully versed in the Employment Standards Act.
