Summary
Pre-screening of candidates profiles.
Checking the quality and suitability of the CV as per the client requirement.
Shortlisting the candidates, scheduling, and coordinating the interviews.
Validating and conducting all rounds of interview with the candidates.
Maintaining internal data base off all candidates.
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates as well as panels.
Taking interview feedback and provide it to team lead as well as panels.

moving to the next step.
Scheduling weekend drives in case of multiple requirements on urgent basis.
Contacting candidates, following up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
Act a Hiring Event Coordinator for organizing, monitoring, and executing all of the recruitment
transactional processes for local as well as outstation events.
Providing regular status updates to the Hiring Manager as required and report them on weekly
basis.
Timely completion and delivery of the recruitment process.
Provide the highest levels of support and information to panels in supporting the recruitment
process.
Managing Salary approvals and joining Formalities.
Verifying Original Certificates and other Documents.
Preparation of appointment letters & suggesting on the salary breakup of the employees.
Making MIS Reports, Maintaining Trackers.
