Human Resources Business Partner
Summary
I am an experienced Human Resources professional with specialisation in learning and development and program management. In my most recent role, I spent 5 years at a leading social media company leading employee onboarding for the APAC region. I managed the onboarding program in close collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition, supporting interns, early career as well as
leadership hires. Prior to this I worked as an HRBP in Pakistan in pharmaceuticals and private power, responsible for learning and development as well as recruitment, including spearheading Management Trainee programs, university recruitment drives, assessment centres and mentoring early career new hires. I have also led organisational culture building activities, including vision and values roll outs, ethics and compliance trainings, annual sales conferences and led Employee Engagement initiatives.
Expectations
