Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks, ensuring that all employee records are accurate and up to date in SAP & Workday.
End to End Recruitment : Maintain and update employee records, such as personal information, employment status, and salary changes.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsible to monitor performance of individuals on PIP, incident
management and drive identification of root causes in close collaboration with first line managers.
Implemented new process improvements, optimization under Employee Master reimbursement process
Identification of process gaps, drive improvements to automate the manual tasks with COE team.
Sourcing candidates for recruitment (Internal , External) & perform manual screening using phrases or keywords to find potential talent
