Most of my career has been within the healthcare industry. I have management/leadership experience in developing and motivating a team to achieve corporate goals. I have been a recruiter and have experience with sourcing, qualifying and placing candidates. I have worked with clients in filling their recruiting needs as well as candidates in finding their next job. I have also worked as a the director of implementation. I worked with clients and understood their goals and mission. We then together implemented new technology with all levels of their end users.
