Summary
- As a Senior Talent Advisor at Bright Money, I majorly focus on talent acquisition and onboarding. Alongside this, I also have had the opportunity to manage programs in the domains of rewards and recognition, compensation and benefits and keeping a check on employee engagement via pulse analysis.
- My life for over 2 years at Bright Money allows me to take ownership of variety of projects including but not limited to total rewards, talent branding, global talent acquisition and other human resource operations in the domain of performance management.
- As a talent advisor, some of the values that excite me are curiosity, humbleness to learn, tenacity, strong work ethics and a pleasant personality.
- Being in the field of human resources, I get to interact with people from different backgrounds which keeps me going and provides a great learning opportunity in different fields.
- I find it rewarding to be able to unearth different personalities everyday and I learn that there are interesting stories and point of views which are immensely humbling.
- My ultimate goal is to keep the 'human' factor alive in the times of artificial intelligence and machine learning collaborating with tech and data to assist humans.
