- As a Senior Talent Advisor at Bright Money, I majorly focus on talent acquisition and onboarding. Alongside this, I also have had the opportunity to manage programs in the domains of rewards and recognition, compensation and benefits and keeping a check on employee engagement via pulse analysis.

- My life for over 2 years at Bright Money allows me to take ownership of variety of projects including but not limited to total rewards, talent branding, global talent acquisition and other human resource operations in the domain of performance management.

Expectations

I am looking for better Learning and Growth Opportunities, Better work environment, right platform to use my skills and experience. After working at a startup for almost 3 years now, I believe it is the right time for me to look for opportunities that broaden my horizon in the domain so as to gain more skills and understanding of different industries.
