Summary

My most impressive experience has to be when I was an academic peer mentor at the North West University. I Mentored 1st, 2nd, 3rd year students on how to excel
in their academics and taught them effective time-
management skills. I furthermore played the role of assisting and guiding them to adjust to the pressures and demands of university level. This was really impressive for me as I was involved in the People Development Process, which is my passion, and having contributed a positive impact in the lives of people.

Expectations

I am looking for an organisation that believes in the growth and development of its employees. An organization where I can become a contributor towards the success of the organization through being part of the vision and goals of the organization.
