Summary

4+ years of experience working in Human Resources in a multitude of industries. I have a passion for PEOPLE, and being fair and honest are values I carry with me throughout my professional development as well as my personal life. Human Resources has a tendency to have a bad reputation; we are frequently seen as the "bad guys", and I strive to change that stigma. As important as it is to mitigate risk for your business, it's equally as important to genuinely care for and value your employees.
