Summary

I have a passion for PEOPLE, and being fair and honest are values I carry with me throughout my professional development as well as my personal life. Human Resources has a tendency to have a bad reputation; we are frequently seen as the "bad guys", and I strive to change that stigma. As important as it is to mitigate risk for your business, it's equally as important to genuinely care for and value your employees. My experience extends to payroll/benefit administration, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, exit interviews, reporting/auditing, new hire orientation, HR vendor implementation, unemployment claims, coaching employees on HR policy, knowledge of multi-state labor laws, and performance management. While I am adept in my role, I am always looking to grow and be better than I was yesterday.
