Summary
I have a diversified skill set in People Operations where Ive had the opportunity to be part of an employee's journey from first out reach as a recruiter all the way through off-boarding via HR Specialist, in both startup and large company environments. I have singlehandedly built a recruiting process from the ground up and was responsible for HR, culture, and Recruiting efforts at the same time. Working internally with people is my passion and I hope to be part of a company that values their employees and cares passionately about their employee lifecycle.
