HR coordinator
Summary
I Initiate and coordinates full cycle of recruitment for permanent jobs and temporary
jobs.
Review applications, contact and screen candidates.
Schedule interviews and on boarding.
Dispatch workers to appropriate locations according to client requests,
specifications, or needs.
Perform background checks and document verification.
Record and maintain files and records of work or services performed, charges and
expenses.
Identify current and prospective staffing requirements.
Confirming the attendance of all the candidates and performing follow ups.
Prepare and post jobs on different job boards and sending promotional emails using mailchimp.
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
Schedule work activities, timesheets, meetings, gatherings.
Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
