Summary

Im a builder of global solutions with a unique combination of HR and Finance experience. In finance I uncovered or prevented millions of dollars of fraudulent transactions. Further, Ive built and led large teams that met or exceeded KPIs. As an HR professional Ive held several roles. As a policy manager I uncovered several gaps in employment policies and developed fixes and a process to ensure the gaps were plugged. As an employee relations leader I led the most complex investigations within the team. As an HR generalist leader I was a founding member of a transformational HR team, evolving into leading global L&D for that team. This includes designing training for our quarterly talent processed both for the HR community that supports 122k employees as well as 18k managers across the globe.

Expectations

Im looking for a role leading a team in learning and development, policy and procedure compliance, program management, employee relations, HR transformation or fraud prevention and detection. The role will build off my successful track record of hiring and developing the best, while building at scale solutions to global problems.
