I have done my internship in HR Training and Development. I have 2 years of experience as HR Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition covering various domains such as IT/Non IT/ Embedded/. I have experience in end to end Recruitment. I am specialized in sourcing candidates from various job Portals and LinkedIn. Also I am good at preparing Job Descriptions and finding suitable candidates as per the requirement of the company/client. I do take up all activities from Sourcing to joining of candidates. Also I am interested other dimensions of HR like HRBP, HRIS, HR Analyst and such.
