As an Business Partner HR my role has been to help shape and drive the strategic talent agenda and support business goals. As Business partner i worked to develop strategies on employee engagement, organizational development, talent management, training and development, employee relations issues and support organizational change. Partnered with managers to identify and resolve performance issues through coaching, performance improvement, corrective action documentation, and terminations. Proactively identified opportunities for improvements to the employee experience and collaboratively developed and implemented innovative and effective solutions
