Summary

With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of media, education, technology, and wellbeing, I have a unique blend of media production, learning and development, program management and subject matter expertise, paired with an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on supporting the learning and wellbeing journey of others.

My goal is to help individuals make a more positive impact on the world through education, personal development and the exploration of values, habits and frameworks to support wellbeing and purpose.

Throughout the past decade, I helped Google reach hundreds of thousands of users through high-impact educational marketing outreach programs, learning and development initiatives, strategic partnerships, people operations process improvements and community building.

Prior to my work at Google, I spent a decade producing and post producing content for a wide range of clients including news, entertainment, corporate, civic, social justice, and advocacy groups. I also taught video production and communication theory at top universities and colleges in New York City.

In addition to my professional accomplishments, I am skilled at bringing order to chaos, strengthening business relationships, growing community, cultivating compassionate and mindful work environments that foster wellbeing, and coaching people towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I offer individual and group coaching, as well as employee experience and media production consulting services for teams and business, and public speaking on the topics of media, technology, mindfulness, wellbeing and mental health.
