Summary

An accomplished, analytical and data driven Leader of Customer Success within the DevSecOps industry, with a track record of building, leading, transforming and scaling CS functions, whilst Operationally defining strategy, success objectives, customer intelligence, processes and tooling from early stage startups, through scale up and post-IPO.

I lead international remote and hybrid teams accountable for the complete customer journey of $100m+ ARR, from Pre-Sales commercial through to post-Sales Success Management, renewal and growth and I work both cross-functionally and cross-culturally to develop innovative ways to surface customer value through intelligence lead data insights to provide best in class onboarding, enabling adoption and securing market leading Net Dollar Expansion, quarter on quarter.

Leveraging, a 20+ year technically diverse background, including all stages of software development lifecycle, I am proficient at all levels of customer engagement from practitioner to C-Level, using my business and commercial experience with a Value Based Selling approach to drive meaningful outcomes with customers to surface solution value and increase supplier/customer partnership.

Expectations

Leadership of a CS function, either building out net new, or scaling out existing. Ideally in early stage organisation.
