Summary

In my most recent position as Project Manager at Dell EMC India Private Limited, I've developed and maintained a consistent track record of achieving organizational and individual goals. I am playing a key role in transforming Dells enterprise product portfolio to new and improved user experience products. Prior to Dell, I have work with Target India as a User experience manager. I had played a key role in the CMS transformation, target mobile site/app, and target vendor management program.
Some of the key highlights of my past projects are listed below.
The current Dell North-star vision project is about migrating close to 11 legacy dell applications to a new and improved look and feel. I have been driving user research, stakeholders interviews, defining requirements, documenting user practice, modifying the experience, showcasing the updated version to stakeholders, documenting the change and drafting the help guidelines, etc
Before the Dell North-star project, I was part of managing the user experience of Dells tools.
Prior to Dell, I was part of Target India Pvt. Ltd for over 8 years and was actively involved in Guest facing (end-user) experience. I had driven key projects like Target vendor management for target.com and mobile site, migration of target old CMS to the new upgraded CMS, and managing targets mobile site and app.
