This included the preparation of the pack, gathering of data, and facilitation of these forums including the secretariat responsibilities such as collating the minutes and actions for decision register.
Reporting and key insights for the separation of companies. Streamlined report to be leveraged by both organisations relevant governance body for the purpose of steerco and associated bodies. Defining key exit criteria for the mapping of initiatives at an activity level across Technology projects working in alignment with the strategic plan and requirements for a successful Day 2 separation.
