My recent track record includes being invited as a keynote for the 13th Annual HR Excellence Conference in Singapore, judging for the 2024 Pause Awards, opening and closing Culture Amp's Global Culture First Conference, leading and accelerating Uber Carshare's integration journey into Uber, facilitating career pivots for over 300 individuals, playing a visionary role in a global DEI conference and increasing engagement by two quartiles (earning accolades from Gallups Exceptional Workplaces).

My work has also been recognised by various peers including, The Victorian Government, Launchvic, HR Leader, AWSN, Tech Diversity Awards and Gallup. I pride myself on spearheading actions that drive success and establish a culture of excellence, innovation and shared achievements.
