I lead the User Experience Design, Strategy, and Delivery for award-winning products, projects, and services ranging from consumer-facing websites, apps, applications, and design systems to complex B2B applications and Employee-facing SaaS solutions. Additionally, this experience has been gathered across a broad range of industries e.g., Government, Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, and others and organisations ranging from start-ups to multinationals.
