Summary

In the past decade I have created different data teams and a variety of data platforms with the main focus on the FinTech industry. As a Data Engineer my biggest achievement from a delivery perspective must have been the integration of my data platform with the company's portal and automate 80% of the underwriters work. From a management perspective I have had several people in my teams promoted by given them a push in the right direction ensuring they could propel in their career.

Expectations

I would love to work (fully remote) for a company that believes in data and wants to invest in their data capabilities. A nice mix of hands-on and hands-off would be great since I enjoy managing and training people in my team but still want to get my hands dirty and up to date with the latest technologies.
