Summary
I work as a developer in creating better Customer Experience applications like IVR in voice channel, Currently I m working as a Genesys Developer responsible for creating new IVR and enhancing the existing ones built using Genesys Framework 8.0.
I handle both the IVR and the routing application and its configuration using various other Genesys tools like GA,GRAT, GSS and many other applications

To contribute my skill for the growth of the organisation as a whole, which in return helps me progress better with the career, I am very much looking to work on the Genesys Applications on cloud or if there is any cloud migration for the existing onPrem applications
