I am a hard working and dedicated leader who takes pride in a job well done.

Over the past 16 years I have worked with one privately owned marketing and consulting company. Moving from middle management (sales, customer service) to a number of other positions ultimately to a COO level. I'm am a problem solver and analytical leader who understands how to make the best decisions within any situation and, most importantly, get my team on-board and working in the same direction.

Ultimately, I'm unique in the fact I can see both big and small picture and understand implications of the decision from both the employer and employee side of things. Working for a private middle sized company, I am used to rolling up my sleeves and being involved with my staff members and quite enjoy building that comradery.

Improved sales systems and tactics resulting in shorter sales cycle (from 6 months to 1 month)
Improved outside sales travel methodology by incorporating a routing system that included opportunities for new sales as well as seeing current clients resulting in both higher sales from current clients as well as more new clients

Expectations

I'm looking for a company that can use a strategic and empathetic leader who knows how to take a tough scenario and improve it. Having fixed systems, created new systems/departments/partnerships in the past, there is no scenario too daunting for me to take on.

I'm also very open to being a role player in my next organization as I am skilled in consulting, sales, project management and such and would perform a very high level as an individual contributor as well. I have a diverse background and am certainly open to working myself up through the ranks in my next organization.
