Game Designer
Summary
I have garnered a massive amount of experience in game design, audio production, composition, and general performance over the years. I've helped design the levels for a game called House of Cards that I created with a Game Jam group, and I also found myself leading narrative production for that project.
I've produced for academic projects such as Martial Lawless, a 2D Beat' Em Up where our project received full credit and was showcased to the rest of the nearby classes. In being the producer, I was also the main SFX Designer and music composer; meaning I balanced audio production with managing my team and task management using Trello. We also had biweekly progress checks, all of which I spearheaded created the presentations for!
Finally, I have massive experience in performance. I've been in RIT A Cappella for 3 years, most notably performing with Eight Beat Measure and even competing at the International Championship for Collegiate A Cappella in Rochester. We've recently recorded an album after countless live performances, one of which involved skit recordings, while I personally have also taken voice lessons with a trained opera aficionado and assisted in composing the music for RIT Capstone Film "Out of Sight".
I am very skilled in design and composition, and hope that I can bring my skills and enthusiasm to a company that will reciprocate!
Expectations
I expect fairness and equality from a job, first and foremost; I want administration and employees to have a civil relationship, if not a positive one. I also expect a positive work environment, where there's little negativity in the workplace and there's genuine support and passion for what we're working on!
