HR Help Desk Module-Next Gen Module
Was involved in the implementation of various components including creating and implementing manual configurations, testing configurations in test instance and in production.
Preparing SAT/TTT materials for client usage for each and every role involved in the module, such as employee, help desk agent, help desk manager and help desk administrator.
Was involved in the secondary phase/iteration of the project in a later stage from the requirement gathering process, up until the go live for the same client but for other Business Units and was able to guide other members of the team for the module under a leadership capacity.
Involved in creation of help desk support teams and ensuring that the service requests got routed to the proper teams as per the assignment rules.
Involved in the creation of SLA time frames so as to enable efficient performance from the help desk agents using subscription management.
Implemented the new role of IDCS administrator to enable configuration of AI-based category classification for SRs created through emails.
Managed user accounts and security roles for the next generation HR Help Desk module.
Provided technical support for this module post launch/go live.
HR Help Desk Module-Traditional Module
Involved in the project from the initial stage, so was part of the requirement gathering/client familiarization process
Implemented the features as per client requirement in the module such as categories creation, queue creation, SLA time frames, etc.
Was involved in the creation of SRs process through emails.
Created customized roles owing to the new security rules/requirements of the client.
Involved in the creation of TTT/SUT materials as well as the testing process for the module.
Was involved in the technical support from the back end post go live.
Created the support documents.
Core HR Module
Hired employees in Core HR directly and assigned security roles.
Involved in the creation of management hierarchy in the project so as to enable hierarchical access to the HR Help Desk Module.
Time and Labor Module
Involved in the requirement gathering stage from the clients.
Involved in the creation of various time and labor components in the test instance such as the time entry elements, time in, time out, out of office, etc.
Involved in the creation of calculated time cards.
Created/used fast formulas for time calculation of various components such as out of office and as per the clients calendar schedule.
