Summary

I graduated from Bryn Mawr College in 2022 with degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics. I have a variety interests when it comes to coding and software development. In college, I did a year-long project in Computer Animation. I utilized C++ and Blender to develop 3D models and apply skin/mesh attachment algorithms to them. I interned as a Machine Learning Engineer at Coinbase during the summer after my junior year where I used Python and its Numpy and Pandas libraries to improve the efficiency of the then Coinbase risk models. In addition to that, I have spent almost 6 months at Coinbase working as a full-time backend and frontend engineer utilizing Go, protocol buffers and GRPC communications for building services, Ruby on Rails for improving legacy architecture and React for improving user experience. Finally, I have extensive experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases through Databases in Practice course and side projects. For one of my projects, I dynamically populated PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases and rendered the data to users using Javascript, HTML and CSS. Finally, I have good experience with Android development using Java through the Codepath Android development course and several side projects.

Expectations

In my new job, I am looking for environment where I can learn and grow. I am looking for sufficient mentorship, since I am at the early stages of my career. I want the engineers on the team to support each other, and I value teamwork and collaboration.
For me, work-life balance, healthy work environment and the sense of fulfillment are the three most important qualities of a workplace. I am used to remote work, and I am comfortable with it. However, would be nice to be present at the physical office from time to time. I am totally open to relocation.
