Full Stack Engineer

Summary

I have previously worked on several full-stack applications but the one I am most proud of is Svelvet, an Open-Source application designed to assist in the mapping and visualization of websites using for developers utilizing the front-end compiler Svelte. I personally signed on as a full-stack developer where I specialized in improving performance through codebase refactoring, but I also collaborated in updating the UI/UX, community engagement to discover and implement desired features, leading deployment, and organizing the Agile engineering process with the team to improve product development. Through all this my team and I were able to release Svelvet 4.0 that upgraded the npm package for a streamlined CI/CD experience and created HTML embedding, module grouping and other functionality requested by the community.

My experience has had me focus mostly on utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node/Express.js in my work but I have adjusted to learning others including Svelte. My attitude is always to embrace the challenges youll encounter, learn quickly, and make friends along the way for a productive and enjoyable work environment.

Expectations

I expect the new role to provide new challenges with technologies and a team based environment where everyone has the chance to grow. I personally prefer mentorship opportunities to assist anyone with their task while also receiving it as needed.
