Frontend Lead

Summary

A staff engineer with an extensive experience in front-end development and architecture, design and people management, leading cross-functional teams, hiring, and agile process building.

With 12 years in software engineering, for the last 7 of these, I have been the person to whom one can delegate the entirety of the companys front-end, and just expect the results.
Last 3 years as a Staff Engineer, I have been responsible for the entire development process: a tech roadmap, managing sprints and defining a release scope, resource management, delivery of new features, and time estimation.

I design and implement front-end architecture for large-scale interactive projects with heavy real-time updates, always keeping the complexity at the level that allows hitting all the performance and functionality targets and at the same time making the codebase maintainable and transparent to the new ICs.

Advanced expertise and deep knowledge of TypeScript, React, Angular, Mobx, Redux, Unit & Integration testing, designing REST and GRPC API, CI/CD, and others.

A practicing Flutter enthusiast. Also, have a production experience in backend development using Golang / Node.js / Ruby on Rails.
