Front-End Engineer | UI/UX Design

Summary

I am a US Army Captain turned software engineer. I have 4+ years of experience working with React, Typescript, Redux, and more as well as extensive experience with startups and leading teams. I have owned and built a product that brought in 90% of the company's revenue. I am also passionate about UI/UX design and have worked professionally in web design. Outside of tech, I am an avid mountain athlete (backcountry ski and trail running) and volunteer with the Salt Lake County Search and Rescue team.

Expectations

I am ideally looking for a company of 20-200 people with steady funding, a team passionate about their mission and values, and an environment where people aren't afraid to take risks and challenge themselves and each other to grow. I'd love to be part of a front end team that is excited to improve the product and codebase and put users first.
