Summary

As a recent graduate with a strong passion for technology and accessibility, I am excited to embark on my journey in the tech industry, specifically focusing on front-end development.

I hold a diploma from BCIT's New Media Design and Web Development program, where I immersed myself in the world of web design, user experience, and web development. One of my major achievements at school was my team winning first place at BCIT's Hack the Break hackathon. Our project involved creating a proof-of-concept platform. This platform aimed to facilitate connections and community-building between local tech industry professionals and newcomers. Winning first place in this competition not only showcased our technical skills but also highlighted our commitment to practical, impactful solutions for real users.

Overall, I'm excited to dive into the tech industry as I love getting wrapped up in everything from working through a bug to moving a pixel by one space. I have a passion for creating easy to use, intuitive products. Good design is when you don't have to think about it.
