Summary

A San Francisco based Software Engineer with a solid background in Web Development, I'm passionate about building beautiful front ends and that are easy for everyone to use. I develop visually compelling applications with user-friendly interactions that meet business goals and improve user experience. In my 3 years of experience, the main technologies in which I have developed expertise are: HTML, (S)CSS, JavaScript, Shopify, Liquid, and Jekyll. When I'm not solving problems, I love to explore exciting new technologies, most recently Svelte and SvelteKit. I'm also excited to work more with React (or Angular) in my next role, which is what I studied at bootcamp, but in my first role, the company pivoted to Shopify, so I taught myself their tech stack, and have ended up working in that niche ever since (it seems there are fewer qualified and experienced Shopify developers available than React developers). I'm on contract until the last half of December 2022, at which point I'd be available to start a new role.

Expectations

I'm excited to work more with Svelte (and SvelteKit), React, and/or Angular in my next role, but the tech stack is less meaningful to me than working with a great team in a collaborative and supportive environment where I can improve my skills and always be learning something new and overcoming challenges on a regular basis.
