Front End Engineer
Summary
Owned the Front End development of the Knowledge Base for a rapidly growing cloud-based DMS company. Development was done with React and Redux, and my work improved user engagement and reduced helpdesk tickets significantly. Worked in a Scrum environment, where I assisted with requirements and design development. Elsewhere, developed a unique solution for migrating tens of thousands of electronic documents from an old non-relational DB system to Salesforce, saving client thousands of hours.
Expectations
