Front End Developer
Summary
I am a web developer with a passion for front end work but the ability to work in the back end as well. I made the leap in to Devmountain's 13 week immersive development remote course after falling victim to Covid related job loss. It was always an interest of mine and circumstances aligned for me to take the leap with the support of my family.

I'm an experienced operations manager with an emphasis on leading teams, ranging in size from 5 to upwards of 100 across multiple departments, locations and levels including managers. It takes a strong team to be successful; I strive to empower my team through building strong relationships - they're people first, coaching and training - I aim to give them all the tools they need to achieve not only business results, but personal and professional goals.
Expectations
I am looking for an entry level role in an environment where I can both contribute immediately but continue to learn. I would love to work as part of a multifunctional team that includes all aspects from design to development to deployment to maintenance to user analytics to learn more about every stage of the development process from beginning to end.
