Being a tech enthusiast and a motivated self learner I have developed my skills in both front end and back end technologies to emerge as a full stack developer(MERN stack) from Coding Ninja. I never let technology be a restriction to my dynamic domain because I believe technology can be learnt but the problem solving attitude lets one thrive in the industry.

I'm considering looking for a new job because I believe that my current salary doesn't accurately reflect my skills, experience, and the value I bring to the organization. I've gained valuable experience and have been consistently performing at a high level, and I believe that a higher salary would be more in line with market standards and my contributions to the company.
